Recipe Ingredients for Oil-less Poppy Seed Dressing

1 cup grapes, red
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup pumpkin seed
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup red onion
1 cup water
1 tbsp poppy seed
1 tbsp Chia Seed

Recipe Directions for Oil-less Poppy Seed Dressing

Blend all but the poppy and chia seed until smooth. Add the poppy and chia and mix. Chill for an hour and serve over a strawberry green salad.
