Recipe Ingredients for Ohio Chili

2 lb hot italian sausage, Michelanglo, fried, cut into slices and then cut those in half
2 white onions, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
2 celery stalks, diced
38 oz diced tomato, complete with juice
2 cups low sodium beef broth
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp chili powder
6 cups cooked red kidney beans

Recipe Directions for Ohio Chili

  1. saute onions in olive oil until just soft

  2. add celery and saute until celery just soft

  3. put into very large pot and add all of the remaining ingredients

  4. Bring to boil and then simmer for 15 minutes
