An easy chicken casserole with lots of flavor

Recipe Ingredients for Oh So Good Chicken

2 teaspoons olive oil
4 tablespoons sour cream
2 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
2 fresh sliced mushrooms
8 ounce salsa
1 cups cooked white rice
4 ounces boneless chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Oh So Good Chicken

  1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Saute mushrooms.

  2. Combine mushrooms, sour cream, cheese, salsa, rice, and chicken. Place in a greased casserole dish.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 to 35 minutes
