4 tbsp Tomato Paste
10 oz Diced Tomatoes
10 oz Frozen Shrimp: Recipe Ready, Cooked, Cleaned, Tail off, Medium
3 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
12 oz Food You Feel Good About Diced Vegetables (Mirepoix)
12 oz Mixed Vegetables Frozen
1.5 cup Long Grain White Rice
3 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
6 oz Hot Premium Pork Sausage
2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
2 tsp Pepper, Black
1 oz Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 dash Salt, Table
2 tbsp Garlic Chopped in Water
1 oz Bay Leaves

Recipe Directions for Oh the Gumbo

brown pork sausage (1/2 pkg.) with mirepoix mix, garlic, dash of liquid smoke, dash salt/pepper/old bay. add tomato paste, shredded chicken, shrimp chopped, diced tomatoes, spices, frozen vegetables, additional water (20 oz), chicken broth, bay leaves. cook for 4 hrs on low heat to simmer. scoop into freezer containers and freeze to take with you to work. make sure to use screw top lids.
