2 tsp barley, unhulled
1 tsp brown rice
1/2 tsp wheat, unhulled
1/2 tsp millet
1/2 tsp millet, Indian millet
2 cups water, spring water

Recipe Directions for Ogok cha(Five- grain tea)

  1. wsh the rains and drain in a colander.

  2. In an skillet, add the grains and toast over mediu,-low heat for 3 minutes, or until fragrant, stirring often with a wooden spoon.

  3. Let cool.

  4. put water and the grains in a heavy ceramic teapot.

  5. Bring to a boil over high heat and immediately decrease the heat to low.

  6. simmer for 1 hour.

  7. Serve warm or cold.
