Our family's favorite chili that my mom makes once the cooler weather rolls in! Very filling and delicious.

Recipe Ingredients for October Chili

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
30 ounce tomatoes
10 ounce tomatoes with green chiles
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
32 ounce kidney beans
4 cups water

Recipe Directions for October Chili

  1. Cook meat, drain, and return to pot.

  2. Add tomatoes, rotel (tomatoes with chiles), chili powder, cumin, kidney beans, and 4 cups of water.

  3. Simmer for 2 hours.

  4. Serve!
