Recipe Ingredients for Ocean Springs Shrimp

1 pound shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
1 Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup sour cream
5 tablespoons butter, well softened
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 teaspoon Paprika

Recipe Directions for Ocean Springs Shrimp

Place the shrimp in a buttered shallow baking dish just large enough to hold them in one layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until they are browned and transfer to a bowl. Toss the mushrooms with flour and stir n sour cream, softened butter, soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Pour sauce over shrimp and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bakein a preheated 400F oven for 10 minutes. Yield 4 servings.
