my version of a semi healthy granola protein bar

Recipe Ingredients for OBOL Protein Bars

5 cups rolled oats
4 scoops whey protein
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup canola oil
6 tbs flaxseed
1/2 cup honey
1 cup almonds
1 cup dried figs
1 cup unsweetened coconut

Recipe Directions for OBOL Protein Bars

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 2-9x13 pans with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.Mix first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Then stir in last 3. Spread fully mixed ingredients into prepared pans and bake 18-20 mins or till golden brown. Allow to cool to room temperature and then cut into 28 servings. Add 1 cup chocolate chips as an option.
