Oven baked good to eat and you need to use Ground sirloin or Chuck.

Recipe Ingredients for ObiRoms Stuffed Green Peppers

2 large Green Peppers
16 oz Ground Beef
2 tbsp Chopped Onions
1 cup minute rice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
15 oz tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for ObiRoms Stuffed Green Peppers

  1. Core and cook peppers in sauce pan in small amount of water.

  2. Brown groun beef and onion together drain.

  3. add salt, cooked rice and half of tomato sauce.

  4. Simmer for 10 mintues till peppers are soft.

  5. Stuff peppers with rice mixture place in casserole dish

  6. pour remaining tomato sauce over peppers.

  7. Top with mozzarella cheese if so inclined.
