Recipe Ingredients for Oaty Apple and Berry Slice

1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
192 grams Flour
2 cup Instant Rolled Oats
0.5 cup Oat Bran
0.75 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
2 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Powder, Low-sodium
1 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.5 cup Yoghurt
1 large Egg, Whole
2 medium apple Apples
2 cup Kirkland's Trader Farms Triple Berry, Frozen Fruit

Recipe Directions for Oaty Apple and Berry Slice

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a 24cm slice tin with baking paper.

  2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk oil, yoghurt and egg together then add to dry ingredients. Mix well.

  3. Press three-quarters of the mixture into the base of prepared tin. Sprinkle with apples, berries then the remaining mix.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes until golden. Leave to cool in tin before turning out and cutting. Dust with a little icing sugar to serve
