1 c oats, steel cut
4 c water
1 c milk, dry non-fat
1/8 t salt

Recipe Directions for Oats, Steel Cut

  1. Toast oats in skillet until fragrant and lightly browned.

  2. Bring water to a boil. Whisk in toasted oats, dry milk and salt. Simmer gently 10-20 minutes uncovered until it reaches the texture you like.
