1 apple
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup bulgur wheat
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 cup walnuts
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Oats & Bulgur Wheat Breakfast

  1. Peel, core, and chop apple. Mix all ingredients, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes until oats and wheat are soft, and all water is absorbed.

  2. Serve with honey, or Splenda to sweeten.
