This is excellent source of calcium, fiber and potassium. In addition to breakfast, I may use it as a mid-morning snack as well. You can use any combination of fruits you wish.

Recipe Ingredients for Oats Blend

8 fl oz Milk
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Oats Blend

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
