Recipe Ingredients for oats & bananas muffins

3 bananas
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup skim milk
1 1/2 cups oats
1 1/2 cups flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for oats & bananas muffins

  1. Preheat oven 350F

  2. Mash the bananas and combine with the sugar, oil, milk, and egg.

  3. Sift the flour

  4. Mix the flour, oats, and baking powder

  5. Add the bananas mixture.

  6. Add the raisins

  7. pour into cupcakes pan

  8. Bake for 30 minute
