1 cup steel cut oats
1 cup applesauce, natural
1 cup 1% fat cottage cheese

Recipe Directions for Oats w/ apple and cottage cheese

cook oats as directed, stir in applesauce, cinnamon, 4 splenda. cool and refridgerate. score into 4 pieces. microwave oat mix, for 2 minutes, stir and add 1/4 cup cottage cheese per serving. Makes 4 servings
