0.12 cup Syrup Pure Maple
1/2 cup Oatmeal, Regular, Thick cut or Steel cut
2 oz Goat Milk Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal with yogurt

Cook entire bag of Bobs Red Mill steel cut oats. Refrigerate when cool. Serve 1/2 cup portion flavored with 1.4 cup plain goat yogurt and Vermont pure maple syrup medium amber to taste.
