This is a delicious, easy to make bread with no yeast in it. I put rice milk in it, but you can use regular milk if you want to!

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Whole Wheat Quick Bread

2 c. Rolled Oats
2 c. Whole Wheat Flour
4 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
3 tbsp. Honey
2 tbsp. Canola Oil
2 c. Rice Milk

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Whole Wheat Quick Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F (177 C).

  2. Grind oatmeal in a food processor or blender. In a large bowl, combine oatmeal, flour, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, dissolve honey in vegetable oil then stir in the milk.

  3. Combine both mixtures and stir until a soft dough is formed. Scoop the dough into a greased and floured loaf pan.

  4. Bake in preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until bottom of loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
