Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal White-Chocolate Butterscotch Cookies

4 packet In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
36 tsp Domino Light Brown Sugar
1 1/2 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
8 tbsp Premier White Chocolate Morsels
8 tbsp Premier Butterscotch Morsels
1/2 serving Unsweetened Applesauce

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal White-Chocolate Butterscotch Cookies

  1. -combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and stevia in one bowl and set aside

  2. -on the stove, bring 1/2 cup of water to a bowl and add the brown sugar to dissolve. then add the applesauce and vanilla extract

  3. -allow mixture to cool, then stir into the first bowl

  4. -in another bowl, combine the oats with 1/2 cup of water. allow the oats to absorb some of the moisture, then add to the first bowl

  5. -lastly, add the chocolate chips

  6. -on a greased pan, scoop out dough in tablespoon-sized balls. bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. allow to cool slightly before moving to a separate dish

  7. -makes approx. 36 cookies. serving size: 1 cookie
