Oatmeal Walnut Pancakes (2 pancakes per serving)

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Walnut Pancakes

2 cups flour
1 cup rolled oats
2 T sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tablespoons baking powder
1 cup walnuts
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 T canola or vegetable oil
2 cups 2% milk

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Walnut Pancakes

  1. Heat non stick or lightly greased griddle on med to med-high heat

  2. Mix dry ingredients (walnuts need to be chopped coursely)

  3. Mix wet ingredients

  4. Mix wet and dry together

  5. Cook about 2 to 3 minutes each side
