Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal waffles

1 1/2 c oatmeal
1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1/2 c 2% milk
3 oz g) Greek yogurt
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp honey
1/2 c water
2 tbsp flax seed

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal waffles

  1. Food process oatmeal, add to all dry items.

  2. Beat all wet items.

  3. Combine all ingredients.

  4. Sit 5 minutes.

  5. Coat waffle iron.

  6. Poor half mixture, cook.

  7. **Top with reduced maple syrup & reduced peanut butter - melted. Add sliced bananas.
