Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Waffles

2 cups wheat flour
1 cup flour
2 cups quick oats
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
3 cups buttermilk
1 1/2 cups butter
1/4 cup brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Waffles

  1. Combine all dry ingredients.

  2. Melt the butter.

  3. Beat eggs.

  4. Add all wet ingredients and stir well.

  5. Combine all dry and all wet ingredients together.

  6. Mix well.
