Fry as pancakes or waffles. (havregryn=oatmeal)

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal waffle

45 grams Havregryn
65 grams Whole Wheat Flour
300 grams Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 medium Egg, Whole
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp Butter
1 dash Salt, Table
1 tsp, ground Cardamom

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal waffle

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients

  2. add half of the milk

  3. mix rest of milk with egg and liquid butter

  4. mix the liquids with the mix

  5. let it swell for about 15 minutes
