Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal/veggie burger

1 lb. 93% lean ground beef
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup oatmeal

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal/veggie burger

  1. Dice onion to make 1/2 cup

  2. Dice bell pepper to make 1/2 cup

  3. Mix together the onion, bell pepper, oatmeat, and 1 lb. of 93% lean ground beef

  4. Make six patties and pan broil until done
