Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Vanilla / Cinnamon

3/4 cup instant oats
1 scoop whey protein
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 2/5 tbsp. ground flaxseed
1 tbsp. wheat germ

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Vanilla / Cinnamon

  1. Combine dry ingredients, add 1/2 cup skim milk, 1 - 1.25 cup water, mix well. Microwave 3-4min, stopping halfway to stir.

  2. The recipe is sensitive to the microwave being used. For instance, in my parents' newer, higher-capacity microwave, 3:15min at 70% works great, whereas on my older microwave, 4min on high, and sometimes longer, is needed.
