1 c oatmeal
1 oz textured vegetable protein
2 c water
1/8 t salt
1/4 t cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal with TVP 2ww

Bring water to a boil. Add everything else. Bring back to boil. Cover. Turn off heat. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until water is absorbed.
