Healthy oatmeal tahini cookies with walnuts and chocolate chunks.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal tahini cookies

2 cups oats
1 cup spelt flour
4 T butter
1 medium egg
1 egg white
1/2 cup organic tahini
1/2 cup walnuts
1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate
1/2 cup organic dark brown sugar
1/4 cup organic sugar

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal tahini cookies

Mix wet and dry separately. Add dry to wet. Stir. Roll into T size balls, press flat and bake on 350 for 16 minutes.
