0.25 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
0.25 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
3 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal with Strawberries

  1. Mix 1/4 cup of skim milk with 1/4 cup water.

  2. Stovetop: bring to a boil, add oats, stir once in a while until done, about 1 min for quick oats and 5 or more for oldschool oats.

  3. Microwave: in a microwaveable bowl, mix the milk and water with the oats, stirring. Pop in the microwave for 1 min for quick oats, and more for oldschool oats.

  4. Serve with your favorite sweetener (optional) and topped with the sliced strawberries.
