Oatmeal, nut, dried cranberry snack squares

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Squares

1 cup grape nuts cereal
3/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tablespoons ground flax seed
1 1/2 tablespoons wheat germ
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
6 ounces fat free yogurt
3 egg whites
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup splenda no calorie
1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Squares

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Add remaining ingredients.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Spead mixture into 13X9 baking dish sprayed with Pam.

  5. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.

  6. Cool.

  7. Cut into 12 squares.
