Oatmeal with vanilla soymilk and fresh blueberries

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal with Soymilk and Blueberries

1/3 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup vanilla soy milk
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
2 tsp splenda

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal with Soymilk and Blueberries

  1. Place dry oatmeal and soymilk in large microwave safe bowl.

  2. Cook on high for 2.5 - 3 minutes.

  3. Remove from microwave, sprinkle with splenda and a dash of butter buds. Stir to combine.

  4. Add fresh blueberries and stir again.

  5. Let sit for several minutes to thicken and cool.
