Oatmeal with soy milk and extra water. Can also use Sugar-Free maple syrup for a maple flavor. Excellent with homemade applesauce.

2 c Old Fashioned Oats
2 c fat free milk
2 c water
8 packets sweetener
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbl vanilla extract
