Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Snack Bars

1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup dates
1/4 cup dried apples
1/4 cup dried bananas
30 g dried coconut
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups almond milk
30 g egg whites
90 g whey

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Snack Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350*

  2. Mix dry ingredients and vanilla

  3. Mix wet ingredients.

  4. Pour wet into dry. Stir to combine.

  5. Pour into a 99 baking dish either coated in cooking spray or lined with parchment.

  6. Bake for 40 minutes.

  7. Cut into squares.
