Oatmeal cookies with butterscotch chips

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Scotchies - lower fat recipe

1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup applesauce
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
3 cups Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
11 ounces NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Butterscotch Flavored Morsels

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Scotchies - lower fat recipe

Combine dry ingredients except oats. In separate bowl cream together butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients, then stir in oats and butterscotch chips. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
