These are not authentic scones, but are delicious and nutritious. Adapted from Weight Watchers Favorite Homestyle Recipes. You can swap in some whole wheat flour for some bisquick.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Scones

2 1/2 oz bisquick
2 1/4 oz oats
1 tsp double-acting baking powder
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
4 oz. nonfat milk
2 1/4 oz raisins
1/2 oz chopped walnuts
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 dash allspice

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Scones

  1. Preheat oven to 425.

  2. Whisk together dry ingredients

  3. Stir in raisins.

  4. Stir in milk until just combined.

  5. Drop onto nonstick baking sheet, making 6 scones.

  6. Bake 10 minutes till golden brown.
