Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal

1 cup 2% milk
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1/4 cup pumpkin
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup oats
2 teaspoons peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal

  1. Combine milk, sugar, pumpkin, vanilla, & cinnamon in a small saucepan.

  2. Bring to a gentle boil and stir in oatmeal.

  3. Reduce to simmer for 3 minutes, until soft and creamy. Stir in peanut butter.

  4. sprinkle with dried fruit and nuts(optional)
