Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal

1/2 c oats, old fashioned, uncooked
1 c water
1 tsp flax seeds
2 tbsp soymilk, vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp splenda
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal

  1. Combine oats and water in microwaveable 1 qt dish.

  2. Cook high for 2 min.

  3. Add rest of ingredients. Serve.
