Recipe Ingredients for oatmeal

1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup steel cut oats
10 grams dried mango
8 grams slivered almonds
8 grams dried cranberries
1 T maple syrup

Recipe Directions for oatmeal

mix all in a mason jar, cook un a crockpot full of water overnight on low.
