Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal

1 cup oatmeal
1 3/4 cup water
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbs wheat germ
2 tbs flax seed, ground
1/4 cup blueberries
1 tbs walnuts, toasted
2 tbs dark brown sugar
1/4 c rice milk, vanilla enriched

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal

  1. cook oatmeal, wheat germ and flax seeds.

  2. Top with toasted walnuts, blueberries and milk.
