Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal

1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 tbsp splenda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 turkey sausage links
28 grams (1 slice) (Wonder) Bread, Cinnamon Raisin
4 sprays I can't believe it's not butter, spray butter
1 cup Skim Milk

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal

  1. 1. Mix oatmeal, splenda and cinnamon with

  3. 2. Heat oatmeal mixture and turkey sausage

  4. links for 50 seconds in the microwave.

  5. 3. Place cinnamon raisin bread in the toaster.

  6. 4. Enjoy your breakfast with your skim milk.
