1/3 cup instant oatmeal, enriched
1/4 cup dry nonfat milk
1/4 cup frozen fruit
2 tablespoons ground flax seed
2 teaspoons honey

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal

  1. add fruit and dry milk to oatmeal

  2. add 2/3 cup water

  3. microwave for 2 minutes

  4. add in flax seed

  5. add in honey or apple butter
