Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal

1/3 cup Oatmeal, long cooking
1 tbs Flax Seed
1 tbs Cinnamon
1 tsp Peanut Butter
1 (49g) blueberries
1/4 scoop Protein Powder

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal

  1. 1/3 rolled oatmeal

  2. 2/3 water

  3. Microwave 2-1/2 minutes

  4. stir in flax seed, cinnamon, peanut butter, and protein powder. Add blueberries, enjoy!
