Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal

2 cups steel cut oats
6 cups 1% milk
15 dried apricots, chopped
25 raw almonds, chopped
2 tsp Splenda
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal

  1. boil milk, lower heat

  2. add oats and stir frequently

  3. add fruit and nuts, salt and splenda

  4. cook until liquid is absorbed and grain is tender, approx 30 minutes.
