3 cup steel cut oats
6 cup water
1 c Splenda

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal

  1. Spray crock pot with Pam

  2. add oats & Splenda

  3. add water

  4. cook low for about 4 hours

  5. add ins: add extra calories

  6. applesauce

  7. fresh or canned fruit

  8. no suger pie filling

  9. cranberries

  10. cooked pumpkin

  11. nuts

  12. spices to taste (cinnamin, ginger, pumpkin pie)
