A nutritious breakfast cereal done in less than 5 minutes.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal

1/2 cup instant oatmeal
1/2 cup low fat milk
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal

  1. Combine the oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a pan. Add water to cover. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook 3-5 minutes. Add milk and enjoy.

  2. Dried fruits may be added to the recipe, if desired.
