Simple and quick. Porridge oats + water + salt. Add fruit and milk if you like. Delicious! And it keeps you satisfied for a long time too.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal

0.42 cups (1 dl) porridge oats, fiber
0.85 cups (2dl) water
1/8 teaspoons salt
0.42 cups (1 dl) milk, 1% fat

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal

  1. Mix the ingredients.

  2. Put into the microwave for about 4 minutes (more or less depending on how solid you'd like the consistence to be)

  3. Don't forget to take it out and stir every minute/2 minutes.

  4. Done!

  5. Now just add some milk, and fruit if you like.

  6. For example these:

  7. Apple, raisins, nuts, frozen blueberries (that melts), etc.
