1 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
0.13 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
8.466 oz 1% Low Fat Milk
0.13 cup Chopped Walnuts
8 oz Pink Lady Apples
1 tbsp Flax Seed

Recipe Directions for oatmeal

add milk, oatmeal, flax seed and cinnnamon cook in microwave 2 minutes. Add sugar, walnuts and apples
