1/2 cup liquid egg whites
1/4 cup raisins
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Raisin Protein Muffins

  2. 2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  3. 3. Coat muffin tin with cooking spray.
