Delicious, oat muffins made without flour

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Raisin Muffins

1 1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup sugar
3 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Raisin Muffins

  1. Take 1 1/2 of the oats and grind them into flour consistency (or purchase oat flour).

  2. Mix all dry ingredients.

  3. Mix all wet ingredients.

  4. Mix dry and wet together.

  5. Add raisins.

  6. Place batter into muffin pans.

  7. I like really dense muffins, and these are really really dense. So if you want something airy then these are probably not for you. One muffin will fill you up nicely. Great for breakfast.
