Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Raisin Granola Bars (soft)

168 g Applesauce Natural Style
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup wheat germ
94 g crushed 100% bran flakes
2 cups old fashioned oats
3/4 cup diced walnuts
3/4 cup raisins
3 tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
1/4 cup Brown Sugar Blend
1/2 cup Lucerne Best of the Egg

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Raisin Granola Bars (soft)

  1. mix wet ingredients

  2. add wheat germ, flaxseed and spices. Mix well

  3. Add remaining ingredients, mix well

  4. Press mixture into a 9x13 pan sprayed with canola oil.

  5. Bake 350 degrees 15-20 min.
