Oatmeal Raisin and Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies made with Splenda instead of sugar. Just made this recipe up based on one I used to make allot. I substituted the sugar for Splenda for fewer calories, and substituted 1/2 cup of the fruit for 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips to help with the chocolate cravings. I have not yet tried to make it like this, but plan to tonight.

Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Raisin and Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies w/Splenda

1 cup flour
1 cup quick oats
1 cup SPLENDA No Calorie
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup Margarine
1/2 cup rasins
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 egg whites
1 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Raisin and Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies w/Splenda

  1. Combine everything and bake 10 minutes at 350

  2. Makes 30 cookies.
