Recipe Ingredients for Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

4 tbsp Salted Sweet Cream Butter
4 tbsp Imitation Honey
3 tbsp Egg Whites
0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.25 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
0.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Unenriched
0.17 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
0.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1.7 serving 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal
1 box Raisins

Recipe Directions for Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 F. Make sure your butter is room temperature!

  2. In a cup, mix together the honey and egg whites until thoroughly combine. Soak the raisins in this mixture.

  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and your dry sweetener. Next, add in the cinnamon and vanilla extract. Mix in your soaked raisin mixture, all of the liquid also!

  4. Then, mix in your flour and baking soda.

  5. Next, add the oatmeal. Mix until combined.

  6. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
